Insurance patients

We are pleased to say that all our consultants are recognised by majority of the medical insurance companies.

If you want to use your private insurance policy, then we advise you to contact your insurance provider first to confirm that they will cover the costs of your treatment and the eye condition.

Insured patient may also require a GP referral letter before having your consultation if you want your insurance to cover the cost, so we recommend you to contact your insurance company for prior approval. If in case that your insurance policy does not cover your eye treatment, you can choose the self-pay patient option to get treated privately.

When your insurance company authorises your treatment, you will be issued an authorisation number, which you must bring along with you during your consultation. With that authorisation number we can arrange direct payment of treatment cost with most insurance company.

In case if you do not have proof of your insurance authorisation, we will request you to pay for your treatment and later you may claim reimbursement from your insurer.
